Preventive Maintenance (PM) is a major factor in the operation of a computer facility. Without a properly planned and implemented PM program the best facilities will experience unscheduled outages and downtime that can prove costly to any organization in both monetary costs and organizational credibility.
EDP provides preventive maintenance on all environmental equipment available including cleaning, monitoring, warranty repairs, equipment adjustment, major repair or, if necessary complete equipment replacement to ensure reliability. Maintenance is available by contract 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The EDP PM programs are designed to minimize downtime and still work within a client's budget constraints.
