EDP Environments, Inc. is a full service, contractor based in Rancho Cordova, CA. We specialize in the design, construction and management of computer room facilities. We are fully licensed in California as a (B1) General Contractor, (C10) Electrical Contractor, (C20) Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor and (C36) Plumbing Contractor. EDP has been providing these services to the business community for almost thirty years.

From its inception in 1971, EDP Environments, Inc. has been a company with a firm understanding of what is needed today, while keeping an eye out for what will be important tomorrow. We began by providing data centers with specialty cleaning and maintenance services. As our knowledge and understanding of the computer market broadened, we recognized the need for a construction company with the expertise to design, build and maintain data processing centers. Who better to create the proper environment for computers than people with first hand experience in maintaining the equipment? It was a natural progression.

Recently, the exploding computer market has changed the "typical" data center into a much more demanding facility. Co-location facility, telco-hotels, remote NOC sites and corporate data centers are now driving the industry.
